Spicy Caribbean Crab Claws
These spicy crab claws were inspired by a recipe my dad is working on, which combines Caribbean spice and peppers in the boiling water to add nice flavor to the crab meat. Since the little claws don’t take very long to cook, make sure your water is nice and steeped before you drop them in. The flavor is subtle, but delicious.
